About CanningHill Piers

Lentor Parcel A Condo

Awarded to Hong Leong, GuocoLand and TID

On 18 January 2022, the top bid of $586.6 million came from a consortium made up of Hong Leong Holdings, GuocoLand and TID (a joint venture between Hong Leong and Mitsui Fudosan). The price worked out to $1,060 psf per plot ratio.

Nicholas Mak, ERA head of research and consultancy, reckons that the bid of $1,060 psf ppr for the Lentor Hills Road Parcel A, being lower than the $1,205 psf ppr at Lentor Central, provides “a comfortable margin” for GuocoLand. “The new condominium on this new site could be launched in the future at $1,950 to $2,050 psf,” he says.
