Executive Condominiums are non-landed housing developments that typically come with a generous provision of communal and recreational facilities for the enjoyment of the residents.
Building Height Control
The development shall be subject to a technical height control of 64m Singapore Height Datum.
Walking and Cycling Plan (WCP)
The successful Tenderer shall submit a Walking and Cycling Plan (WCP) to LTA and URA for approval.
The purpose of the WCP is to ensure that pedestrian and cycling connectivity is well-constructed and an integral part of the design of the development.
Direct and seamless connection to transport nodes and related facilities shall be provided for whenever possible
Covered Linkway
The Successful Tenderer is encouraged to design and construct a covered linkway from the development to the linkway fronting the development along Tampines Street 62.
The route of the covered linkway shall be barrier-free. The linkway is to be connected internally to all buildings within the development to provide all-weather protection for commuters.
It is also encouraged to place the pedestrian side gate nearer to the bus stop.
Status
It is currently under “Reserved List” status, the expected launch will be in 2023/24.
