Firstly, the depleting inventories. developers need to acquire new parcels to keep their business going. Secondly, with rising en-bloc costs, developers will then need to source for other alternatives like bidding for Government land sales. Thirdly, the charm of the Katong area will attract developers to come and get it, due to its convenience and endless amenities What’s more, this condo is within walkable distance to the upcoming Tanjong Katong MRT.
