Hillock Green Condo is a brand-new condominium which is set to launch in the second half of 2023. This residential site was awarded to Soilbuild Group Holdings and Yanlord Group on 14 September 2023.

The bid price is approximately $481 million. The land plot has a site area of approximately 144,714 square feet (sq ft) and a maximum permissible GFA of about 434,140 sq ft. This bid translated into a $1,108 per square foot per plot ratio.
